Anne Marie Capaldi brings over three decades of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong foundation in both marketing and customer service. Since beginning her career in 1990, she has built a reputation for her attention to detail, creative communication style, and commitment to delivering high-quality support to clients and colleagues.
In her role, Anne Marie leads a range of initiatives focused on client engagement and operational efficiency. She plans and manages events such as seminars, and special functions, handling everything from logistics and registration to materials support and post-event evaluations. She also develops presentations, oversees social media outreach across platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook, creates email campaigns, and contributes to marketing strategy.
In addition to her marketing and event responsibilities, Anne Marie manages website updates, coordinates meetings between advisors and wholesalers, and plays a key role in maintaining clear, effective communication throughout the organization.
