Dolores “Dee” Koellner brings over four decades of experience in the financial services industry and currently serves as a Client Services Associate at PPA. A Philadelphia native, she was born and raised in the Art Museum area, shaping her strong sense of community and connection.

Dee began her career shortly after graduating from John W. Hallahan High School, working as a transcriber for the Veterans Administration. In 1974, she joined Phoenix Mutual Insurance / WS Griffith, where she spent 30 years advancing into leadership roles, ultimately serving as Administrative Manager. She later continued her career at Levy & Associates before joining PPA in 2010.

At PPA, Dee has held several roles including Administrative Assistant, Financial Planning Administrator, and Annuity Administrator, before transitioning into her current position on the Investment Team. She is primarily responsible for monitoring and assisting clients with Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs), while also providing support to advisors and contributing to special projects.

Dee takes pride in her professionalism, attention to detail, and long-standing commitment to client service. She values PPA’s collaborative and supportive environment, which has made the firm feel like a true professional home.

Outside of the office, Dee enjoys traveling, organizing family gatherings and vacations, bringing people together and creating lasting memories.
