Janice Walls

Janice began her career in 1977 and joined PPA shortly thereafter, starting as a young administrator alongside David, who was then a broker. Over the years, she worked closely with Bernie before transitioning into her current role supporting David and the broader team.

In her current role as Individual Insurance Manager, Janice serves as the primary point of contact for individual clients. She manages the full client lifecycle—from initial information gathering and quotes to application processing, underwriting coordination, and policy placement—while also providing ongoing support long after policies are in place.

Janice takes pride in delivering timely, personalized service and building strong, long-term relationships with the clients she supports. She also values PPA’s close-knit, family-oriented culture and has witnessed the firm grow while maintaining its welcoming, personal environment.

Outside of the office, Janice enjoys spending time with her family, including her children and grandchildren. She also loves going to the beach, playing pickleball, and going for walks.
