Kim began her career in 1991 as a part-time intern through a work program at South Philadelphia Business Academy. Under the mentorship of Bernie and Shelly, she gained hands-on experience handling filing, pending applications, mail, and office operations. After graduating in 1992, she transitioned into a full-time role and expanded her expertise in life insurance, investments, and group benefits.
In her current role as Senior Employee Benefits Administrator, Kim works closely with employers to design and maintain comprehensive employee benefits packages. Her responsibilities include running quotes, comparing plan options, managing renewals, processing additions and terminations, and resolving claim issues—ensuring clients and their employees receive exceptional support.
Kim takes pride in building long-standing relationships with clients and values the family-oriented culture at PPA. She especially enjoys connecting with clients on a personal level and supporting them through both professional and life milestones.
Outside of the office, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, including her two Shih Tzus, Chip and Dip. She looks forward to weekly family outings and vacations to Disney World, embracing opportunities for fun, relaxation, and meaningful time together.
