A graduate of Drexel University, Stephanie plays a key role in supporting clients and their employees. Her responsibilities include preparing health insurance quotes and renewals, processing enrollments and terminations, sending COBRA notices, and participating in annual enrollment meetings. She also works closely with insurance carriers to resolve claims and billing issues while providing one-on-one guidance to employees.
Stephanie enjoys the dynamic nature of her role and takes pride in helping clients navigate complex health insurance questions with clarity and confidence. She values the supportive team environment at PPA, along with the flexibility and strong sense of camaraderie among colleagues.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and cheering them on at sporting events and dance performances. She also enjoys crocheting, walking, exercising, and biking in Cape May.
